Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoveX, a product of BAP Group (bap.jp), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MoveX provides an AI-powered logistics optimization platform including route optimization, dispatch automation, real-time tracking, and analytics tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• All accounts are subject to admin approval before activation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the MoveX platform, including software, algorithms, designs, documentation, and branding, are owned by BAP Group (bap.jp). Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We will not use your operational data for purposes other than providing and improving our services to you. Upon account termination, you may request export of your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Payment & Subscription

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Free trial periods do not require payment information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAP Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
